Five days per fortnight, every Monday and alternate weekends.

WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WHO IS:
• An experienced cook/qualified chef
• Able to cook for large numbers (100 for midday meal)
• Passionate about food, its ‘happiness’ factor and willing to be creative
• Can lead the kitchen team, ‘walk the talk’ and communicate well
• Calm under pressure and can cope with meeting a variety of dietary requirements
• Proud of what the food they present
• Able to work every Monday and every second Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Hours - 7am to 3.30 pm
