Marketplace Has Its Deplorables

Michael from Trentham

Have had a fair share of trouble selling items through Marketplace in recent months.

Have had the scammers, and "buyers" who have change their minds on going through with the purchase after all arrangements made, but not advising of such.

But just yesterday a guy took out the award for the best try.

Got a 2008 Forester SUV for sale at just over $9000.

This would be purchaser wanted to pay me weekly for the vehicle.

Yeah, right.

If the vehicle was for under $3000 there might be an element of sensibility. I suppose when one is short of cash aiming high provides some kind of relief mechanism.

The Subaru Forester with a low mileage of 148000km, a tow bar, many features and in good to great condition all round is still available.
