Andrew Laing from The Lions Club of Kapiti

THE LIONS CLUB OF KAPITI YOUTH SPORTS GRANTS
The Lions Club of Kapiti is offering two $1000 grants, to assist two young sportspersons to further their sporting aspirations and skills.

The Grants are available to applicants between 14 and 20 years of age as at December 2021. “The applicants must be residents in the Kapiti District (Paekakariki to Otaki inclusive). However, Horowhenua sportspersons who have represented the Kapiti area are also eligible.

“The main criteria is that applicants are already competing at a national or international level. I advise applicants to consult the entry guidelines on the website early in order the give their referees sufficient time to prepare supporting material.”
