IRD Scam Email
Hello fellow Neighbourly Neighbours,
I have just received an email supposedly from inland revenue saying if have a refund of $xxx.oo NZD, I need to up date my details and the automatic update didn't work. When you look closely at the email address its coming from it appears to be IRD but it isn't there is also another email address. Have reported the email. Be careful don't do anything delete it and report it.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Cycad needs new Home!
We are about to get the outside of our house painted - and have decided this Cycad needs to go. I've started the recommended process for transplanting - trimming a portion of the fronds - but note that the best results require the move to new location to be as fast as possible. Before I start the root bulb work, is anyone local interested? I see they are listed at hundreds of $$ - but happy to discuss. It needs to go.
