Mental Health Awareness Week ⭐💚

Graeme Dingle Foundation

This year's theme is "Take time to kōrero/mā te kōrero, ka ora - a little chat can go a long way". Mental Health Awareness Week is a great reminder to connect with the people in your life and create a safe space for conversations about mental health & wellbeing.

"Whether it’s checking in with a mate, having a kōrero over some kai or saying hello to a stranger, a little chat can go a long way." - Mental Health Foundation

Had a great time working on the website for Ata Ahi Fitness so it was only right to also have a work out at her gym too!

If you are someone who's new to gymming, this is the perfect place as it prioritises community to create a warm environment for everyone.
Check it out if you are in the Auckland area: www.ataahifitness.co.nz...
