Funding for new community facilities – applications now open
If you're dreaming of a new community centre, a recreation complex, a tourism facility, arts hub, or a social enterprise hub, we may be able to help through a grant from the Partnership Fund. Grants of up to $150,000 will help with the development of new community facilities on a shared contributions basis. We can also consider significant renovations or extensions to existing facilities.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
