If you find this a really stressful time, remember you can text 1737 to talk to a trained counsellor

Or even better, Zoom into an online class! Te Ara Korowai is switching to online classes from next week and say that if you need some social interaction and to learn something new, join one of their Zoom wellbeing and creativity classes - including Art, Creative Writing and Meditation. They’re also doing daily welfare checks, if you need support, please reach out –- www.facebook.com......

Always be your normal lovely cheerful selves, appreciate the essential workers and cross your fingers this blows over quickly -

I love the way the eyes of the lovely workers at our supermarkets crinkle when they smile behind their masks - make sure you crinkle back 😁😁😁
