Hi. I’ve moved in to my new townhouse are are looking for a flatmate - furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse.
You have your own bathroom with separate bath and shower and a good sized wardrobe (1900W x 520D). Room is 3.2m x 3.3m
The home is fully furnished except the bedroom.
I'm seeking an honest, friendly person with an open communication style. I'm a moderate to light drinker, professional. No smokers, vapors, drugs or pets please (well maybe a cat lol).
$280 pw including water and free unlimited broadband. 1/3rd of power. Two weeks rent in advance and three weeks bond.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
