Really, moving a bike stand will fix things?
Infrastructure boss David Langford said the closure the Downtown Carpark after the bike rack was installed had increased pressure on CBD parking.

And this thing cost us a fortune... are they joking me or what? Is this how we pay the wages of our "Infrastructure Guru" who doesn't even bother doing a number count or research, but listens to bus drivers for advice... amazing!!
