FURTHER UPDATED - SPRA speaking time revised (again), note Thurs agenda likely to run approx 90 mins behind time due to addition of presentation first thing in morning

Hi all - the hearing for WIAL's Notices of Requirement is coming up this week - refer attached information for more details.
It is open to the public so anyone can attend, however only submitters can speak. The SPRA will be speaking around 10:30am on Thursday and it would be great to have some of our residents along for support!

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
