Cheese Making Workshop - November
Riverside Education is putting on another one of their popular Cheese Making Workshops, this one just in time for Christmas :)
You will learn how to make a traditional Swiss Alm cheese, that only needs to mature for 2 weeks before it is ready to eat. You won't require any expensive cultures or cheese making equipment and will leave this workshop feeling empowered and ready to take on the adventure of DIY Cheese Making.
At Riverside Centre in Lower Moutere.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
