I’ve a friend (not on Neighbourly) whose long term tenancy has come to an end due to a sale (Reference can be requested).
She is looking for a small cottage to rent with land in the area of Riwaka, Brooklyn, Motueka, Lower Moutere or nearby.
Private and peaceful please for one older lady. One bedroom is ok, yet would like land suitable for up to four horses, so approx 10 acres, with some shedding and the possibility for hay making would be ideal. Happy for long term if that works out or flexible to suit. Can pay $380pw.
