**** Fun Fitness Class For Older Adults in The Avenues ***

I run a Community Based Strength & Balance class for Older Adults every Thursday in the Avenues - run in conjunction with Keep On Your Feet and Live Stronger For Longer (ACC initiative)


Fun & welcoming low impact fitness class to music suitable for all levels. Falls prevention focus, plus strengthening lower body & improving balance and co-ordination. Using a variety of standing, seated and interactive group exercises - you wont even know you're exercising, it's that much fun! Lovely group of ladies who are very warm and sociable.

$6 per casual class or 10 concessions for $55

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.

Do you know what a Conditional Agreement means?
A conditional agreement is an agreement for the Sale & Purchase of real estate and is a legally binding agreement, but it is subject to certain conditions being satisfied.

These might relate to:
1️⃣ the purchaser arranging suitable finance to complete the purchase,

2️⃣ receipt of a satisfactory builder’s report and/or valuer’s report;

3️⃣ receipt of a satisfactory Land Information Memorandum (LIM);

4️⃣ or the purchaser’s solicitor approving the title to the property.

The Sale & Purchase agreement may also have conditions that require the seller to do something by a certain date.

Once all the conditions are satisfied the agreement becomes unconditional.
