Oasis (Salvation Army) Open Day 10-12.30

Oasis, Salvation Army’s gambling help service, is opening up their offices on Bealy Avenue for the community to come through. There are giveaways, kai, information, and tours. Everything is completely free and there are counsellors and public health staff on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have about gambling harm. From asking about individuals struggles with gambling harm to questions about pokie funding (including The White Paper), to finding information for your clients to just popping in for a cuppa, a chat and to find out what you don’t know you don’t know.
