IF YOU ASK ME WHAT THE ABSOLUTE BEST PART OF MY JOB IS......

Lisa Parfitt from Team Parfitt Property

I would have to reply by saying without a doubt it has to be the feeling I get when I open my email box and get to read something like the below....can't put a price on this ever....

"What others have said here so eloquently, I endorse as also being my experience. I chose Team Parfitt to sell my home initially because I was so impressed with Lisa Parfitt’s confidence and enthusiasm. Subsequently meeting Wayne her husband and partner I could see they formed a really dynamic Team. From the moment I made that decision a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders as they advised and guided me through choices that had been overwhelming me. Those were just some of the incidental – yet important areas of the process in which their expertise proved so very helpful. From there, my confidence and trust continued to increase as I witnessed their excellent Marketing skills and Professionalism whilst still maintaining such a remarkable level of compassion and care. Their positive attitude at all times meant I had none of the stress one expects in selling a home. They knew, so I knew, they would bring about a positive result. And indeed they did. I can’t speak highly enough nor express fully my admiration and appreciation for Lisa and Wayne – from the sourcing and scheduling of some maintenance for the house, to their hosting of Open Homes and the subsequent communication with potential Buyers and with myself – all managed speedily and smoothly; and always they were so positive and cheerful. To anyone thinking of selling their home : you will be amazed and extremely grateful if you choose Team Parfitt . Thank you so much Lisa and Wayne"

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)

From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).

During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.

There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
