Dance Yourself Happy
The daily upheavals caused by the virus is creating anxiety, exacerbated by the fact there is no “template” for dealing with uncertainty.
The best way to cope with COVID-19 blues is to build resilience, instead of looking for reassurance.
Our FREE "Dance Yourself Happy" work-out-sessions, is one of these ways!
Once we're out of Level restrictions, why not come along and give it a try. There's no instructor! You'll just dance freestyle for one hour in the dark, to a mix of uplifting tunes from the 70s-to-now.
Can't dance? Not a problem! Any kind of movement and having fun will help.
Keep checking this page for the date we will resume.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
