Still tackling those lockdown kilos? Dance to your own beat in the dark for 1 hour to sounds of the 70's till now. Wiggle and giggle whilst burning up to 420 calories for the hour! NO CHARGE TO ATTEND. No instructor. Just dance Freestyle! Can't dance? Not a problem! Any movement for an hour will help you shed unwanted calories and improve your well-being. Wear whatever you are comfortable in and don't forget your water! Everyone is welcome to join us at this evening's session beginning at 8pm in the All Saints' Community Centre (opposite SubWay), 30 Cook Street, Howick. See you there.
