Police chase golf cart on footpath
This appears to be dangerous and unwarranted behaviour by police...
WHY...WHY....would you drive a police car onto the footpath to chase something that can't go very fast and isn't going to get away?
The police should have kept their car on the road, and jumped out and just stopped the golf cart.
Talk about cowboys!!
