Upcycling or recycling
Hi all the neighbours out there. I was thinking of starting a group to do recycling of clothes, etc. Often you have something you dont like the style but you like the fabric. What to do well often other people have good ideas to upcycle etc. Olso could swap if needed. I have lots of ideas. Just wondered if anyone interested. Could give my cell if dont want to go through here thanks for listening.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
