Crash Corner is Fixed!

Well neighbours, WE DID IT!

Today marks the day Crash Corner re-opens to the public with our new roundabout that will save lives.

After 15 months of calling for action, I’m pleased we’ve reached the finish line and fast-tracked construction by over two years. Thank you Auckland Transport for responding to our community's needs.

This is a massive win and to mark the occasion, I'm hosting a celebratory street party that you're invited to!

When: Sunday 19th January, 6 - 6.30pm
Where: Driveway of 1/161 Church Street (driveway access on Victoria Street)

Light drinks and nibbles will be provided.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
