Real Estate 2020

Kelly Midwood from Kelly Midwood-Barfoot and Thompson

Hi Neighbours,

Happy New Years!!!

2020 in Real Estate is going to be a great year having come off the cyclical decline we have experienced over the last 2 years off the 2017 peak in the property cycle. If you had your property appraised in the last 2 years the news may have been slightly glum. Now might be a good time to reevaluate your options for the new year. Prices have certainly recovered in the last 6 months and this is expected to continue this year. Give me a call to talk further about your options in 2020. Talk soon. Kind regards Kelly Midwood ph 021 407416

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
