Walking is important in daily life. So here is your opportunity to learn some skills to reduce wear and tear on your joints and tissues while you walk and at the same time learn to activate more muscles and gain more from your walking.

There will be three sessions and each will include a 20 minute outdoor walk (if weather permits) to put our new skills into practice.

Dates:
Thuraday 28th November 6.30 pm
Saturday 7th 11.30 am and Saturday 14th December.

Here is the content of each session :
29th November 6.30 pm Walking Gait (flat ground) with a practice session.

Saturday 7th December 11.30 am Walking Downhill with a practice session

Saturday 14th December 11.30 am Walking Uphill with a practice session.

There are limited spaces available.

Cost:
$20 per session. The first session is a prerequisite for the others.
