Ssangyong Rexton 2014 105300km

Neville from Manly

Excellent well maintained and looked after vehicle. Very smart looking in metallic black so it does not over heat when parked in the summer sun.

This is the unique 60th Anniversary model. Eco leather seats, hill descent, hi lo ratio full time 4x4.

Perfect tow vehicle rated for 3.2 tons, it towed a 35hp 4x4 tractor with ease from Rotorua to Piopio on a dual axle car trailer, all up 2.9 tons. Very good brakes and suspension drives very well. Full ladder chassis.
4 new gas Shocks and 4 new Bridgestone tyres last year. Tyres are larger than standard so the speedo is far more accurate and only reads 3kph faster than the vehicle is actually doing.
New WOF and 5000km of RUC full service done this week. Full service records available for the last 2 years.
Burns no oil, economical vehicle. I have driven to Tauranga, Napier and Piopio two or three times in the last 3 months and have enjoyed every minute. A very safe feeling car.
I towed a trailer back from Wellington last year with river stones in it and it was hardly noticeable.

It may sound like I am towing all the time, actually I may tow my garden trailer once a month with very little in it though twice a year I would tow a bigger load.

I have never driven it on the beach either these photos are the closest its been to the water. The previous owner had it somewhere near Te Kuiti in the middle of the North Island, it was the wifes runabout. There is no rust.

I have a new car on back order so must be sold in the next 2 months. Sorry to see it go.

Price: $22,300

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
