Rent is $250 pw plus $30 expenses for one person, or if couple then $300 pw plus double expenses.
Rest of house is fully furnished with all appliances. Swimming pool and large deck. Sharing with 3-4 other people.
Quiet ROW property, Maioro Street, New Windsor. Bus stop 1min walk, main route with frequent buses directly to city. No smokers or pets. Already have a cat.
