Kelmarna Garden steers live to see another day
Hi neighbours, three steers have been saved and will move to a sanctuary in North Canterbury. The animals had been living at Kelmarna Gardens and were going to be slaughtered, which was mentioned on Neighbourly. The community rallied against this and a meat processor employee noticed the steers were important to the community and did not kill them.
