Meridian planned power outage Bowman Rd 26 October 9:30am - 3:30pm
hi Neighbours
I assume anyone affected will have received it but just in case... we got a text from Meridian saying they were planning a power outage from 9:30am - 3:30pm on 26 October 2018 in the Bowman Road area. I can't see on their website where you can look these things up so no idea how widespread it will be.
Text advises that if there is anyone medically dependent on power to go to backup plan or contact local healthcare provider.
Also relevant for people who are using electric pumps and need to store some water in advance if you don't have an emergency kit...
