Originally developed for elite sports and armed forces, this isn’t for the faint-hearted. ZUU is high intensity interval training using primal moves – push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion in a unique workout. It’s fun! It develops mobility, agility, and boosts cardio endurance. It also strengthens muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and tissue.
ZUU has over 100 unique moves that target both major and minor muscle groups to work your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Named after each animal inspiration, your body moves more naturally to get better results.

On Saturday 6th July, members will be online checking out the goods on offer so it's a great time to get rid of your winter clutter.
Maybe it's time to realise that you're never going to use that snowboard or ski jacket, and that you really do have one too many heaters. Whatever it is, take a picture and put it on Neighbourly for locals to see.
Tin Whistle tutor
Is there someone out there who could give my husband lessons so he can play the tin whistle please? (He is a singer but doesn't play any instruments) He's very keen to learn. Has his own collection of tin whistles.
