URGENTLY need house to RENT
We need to move by August 3.
We need a secure long term lease/rent agreement of a good quality home. Will consider; Matamata, Walton, Karapiro, Cambridge and surrounding areas. Semi-rural preferred but large nice section in town would be considered.
We need:
3 – 4 Bedroom House or 3 Bedrooms plus Office 2 Living Areas Modern Kitchen Double Garage or more & Fenced section.
We are a professional, responsible couple, non-drinkers or smokers, that always treat a property with pride as if it were our own and have many excellent references to support this.
We have a very well behaved, clean & odorless dog (spade female). She has never caused any damage and we have never had any complaints about her from landlords. She has good references to support this. She is a specially trained therapy dog who is a member of Canine Friends. Nancy works with her regularly visiting rest homes, hospitals and hospices in the area.
Please let us know if you can help us out or know someone who has a house coming up for rent. We need to be out by August 3.
