Changes to Cheviot Road bus stop area
The wooden decking structure abutting the Cheviot Road bus stop in Eastbourne has been closed temporarily. Engineers inspecting the structure have discovered damage likely caused by wave action during recent storm events. The structure has been closed until further investigations can be carried out and assessments made on remedial work. The bus stop remains open and will operate as usual.
