Better For Birds - Rat Information Evening

Linda Tisch from Beyond The Fence

Are you interested in working with your neighbours to lower rat numbers in your street?
Beyond the Fence is a group of residents around Le Roys Bush who are working together on private land to control weeds and rats to protect the birds, lizards and plants of our suburb.
We have Council funding to control rats. Currently around 50 residents have bait stations or traps on their properties.
If you’re interested, we’d love to meet you:
Where: Birkenhead Library
When: April 5th 2018 at 7pm
We’ll be there with other people who are part of the programme. We’ll have a range of traps and bait stations available for you to see. We’ll explain how we work. Currently the programme is free thanks to Auckland Council and the Kaipatiki Local Board who support our
work.
If you can’t make it, but are keen to find out more mail us at connect2btf@gmail.com
Or find us on facebook @beyondthefencebirkenhead
