Another great find at Henderson ReStore!
Kia ora Westies! Meet John, a volunteer at our Henderson ReStore at 7 Dora Place, Henderson. He doesn't like to see anything go to waste. So today he showed us some upcycled lamps he has cleverly made out of kitchen utensils. We love them!
The most recent lamp is made out of a decorative metal teapot and vintage teaspoons. It took John almost three hours to make! His upcycled lights are available for purchase in the ReStore and can add some real originality and quirk to a room! Come on down and discover all kinds of interesting finds!

This Friday is Pink Shirt Day, which began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after a new student was harassed for wearing pink. People across the globe are now encouraged to wear pink on this day to take a stand against bullying and promote inclusivity.

I’m very ugly
So don’t try to convince me that
I am a very beautiful person,
Because at the end of the day
I hate myself in every single way.
And I am not going to lie to myself by
saying there is beauty inside of me that matters.

I am a worthless, terrible person.

It includes yoga acupressure energy healing relaxation and meditation
$10 covers expenses for hall etc
