Keeping our waterways clean!
This wastewater storage and treatment facility, including a 650m underground storage tank, will hold wastewater mixed with rainwater generated during heavy storms, keeping it out of the Raumanga Stream.
At the end of the project there will be a very small building above ground and the rest returned to glorious grass!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
