Pur daughter bought a platypus meta microfilter water bottle to travel tgrough India. She cannot get it to work amd finally tool a button out of the filter top for the air valve. Is this safe and she also says the water tastes very chemical any urgent advice would be gratefully received
She is going to a 10 day vapassna so put of contact from tomorrow
