Join us at our Open Evening tomorrow.

South Auckland Middle School

Join us for our Open Evening to experience the excellent education available for boys and girls in Years 7-10. With no zone, free uniform and stationery and no donations, South Auckland Middle School (SAMS) removes barriers to learning and offers success for all students (of all abilities). Located on Mahia Road, in Wattle Downs, SAMS has a strong academic focus and keeps class sizes small (no larger than 15 students per class). In addition, students are grouped into villas of 60 each overseen by an experienced Academic Manager who monitors the child's progress and assists in personalizing the curriculum to their personal needs. Our Community Liaison Manager works with students, families and members of the local community to ensure learning is fully supported. Come along on Tuesday, August 15th between 5-7pm and meet our expert educators and see how we can help your child excel in 2018. For further details or to register interest, please contact Fiona on 09 266 695 or email: admin@southauckland.school.nz

Say goodbye to tyre waste

Tyrewise

About 40% of the 6.5 million tyres Kiwis use every year are recycled, repurposed, or used as tyre-derived fuel. But the rest end up in landfills, stockpiled or dumped.

The good news is now there’s an easy solution to all that tyre waste. It’s called Tyrewise and is New Zealand’s first national tyre recycling scheme.

Tyrewise ensures that tyres in Aotearoa New Zealand are recycled or repurposed properly, saving millions from going to the landfill.

Find out more about the scheme online.
