Three-time liver transplant recipient's battle with rare disease and demons
Stevie Young had three liver transplants and wasn't supposed to live past the age of 3. He died, aged 24, on April 15 and left behind a message to raise awareness about organ donations and mental health issues that transplant recipients face.
