neglected dog
ok, venting, but totally pissed off now. our neighbours have a dog. don't know exactly where he lives, but this dog is constantly barking , morning till night. im worried as the weather the way it is at moment, wind, rain etc. that poor dog is still barking. don't the ownwers have a heart? haven't they got any empathy? I live in wainoni road, and as much as that dog barking has been pissing me off, weather like this, at least the poor thing deserves shelter. god help those people, when I find out where they live :[
