Thinking about selling? If yes call me

Carol Christy from

After a quieter start to the year, it was back to business as usual in March, with both a healthy supply of choice and willing buyers. The frantic pace of last year has subsided and we’ve now reverted to a realistic and balanced market. Auctions still continue to produce results, either under the hammer or during the negotiation process following the auction.

As real estate agents, we see our role as simple, but integral to success. It’s our job to introduce the right buyers to the right vendors and facilitate the sale process to ensure the best result for our vendors.

Creating effective marketing campaigns is all part of our service, and in such a crowded market, it can be difficult for your property to stand out from the rest. Our creative approach to marketing is built from an in-depth knowledge of knowing who our target market is and the best methods to reach them. This together with a dash of innovation, allows us to create marketing campaigns that make your home stand out from the rest, while maximising your marketing dollars.

Talk to me about how we can create the right sales and marketing approach for your property.
