News from the Mount Wellington Licensing Trust

The Team from Mount Wellington Licensing Trust

Press Release

The Mount Wellington Licensing Trust, at its November meeting, appointed Trustees to the various Boards which oversee the activities of the Trust. A recent Department of Internal Affairs review has required the Trustees to be either on the group’s gaming charity or the business Boards but not both as has been the case in recent years.
The re-elected President of the Mount Wellington Licensing Trust, Alan Verrall, will serve on Mt Wellington Trust Hotels Ltd, the business Board, along with newly elected Trustees Maureen Benson-Rea and Mark Gosche. The gaming charity, Mount Wellington Foundation Ltd, will be comprised of Jean Dolheguy (Chair), Nerissa Henry and Leanne Cross all newly elected. All Trustees are still on the Board of Mt Wellington Charitable Trust which will continue its gifting program from the business entities under the umbrella of “Giving is Good”.
The mainly new Trust is determined to communicate with its stakeholders on key issues. They invite you to learn more about the Trust’s activities through its website mwlt.org.nz
