Damian from Total House Inspections is available to call, or email from 7 am to 10 pm seven days a week.
Inspections times.
7 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday inspections are also available upon request and approval from the owner of the property.
Total House Inspections covers everywhere from South Auckland through to all of the Waikato. We believe in traditional moral standards by providing a more professional and personalised service to the client and ensure that you won’t be treated as just another number or inspection. We are entirely independent of other trades and real-estate agents, which means that you get a non-bias inspection and report that clearly outlines any areas of concern. We also don't complete any of the remedial work on the houses that we inspect.
Our Pre-Purchase House Inspections are carried out in accordance with the New Zealand Standard 4306:2005 for Residential Property Inspections. For all our Inspections, you will receive a highly detailed written report complete with photos explaining any significant faults, particular attributes with the property, gradual deterioration and significant maintenance required. You will receive your written report within 24 hours of the onsite inspection and in most cases on that same day.
Meth Testing
We also offer Methamphetamine Testing that is completed through an IANZ Accredited Laboratory. The methods that we use are all compliant with the Ministry of Health (MoH) guidelines and the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH 9111). You will receive a written report detailing where the samples were taken from and the results from the Lab and what they mean.
Meth inspections can be completed at the same time as a House Inspection saving you money!
