First National Collective Hawera

First National Collective is a real estate company evolved from and founded on it's predecessor First National Allied Farmers, who successfully serviced the Taranaki province for over 120 years.

The business was purchased in April 2013 by existing real estate agents Shawn Gibbon and Owen Mills and their wives Pam and Mary.

We have been a member of the New Zealand and Australia wide First National Group since 1999, offering a much broader base of client connections and referrals and the ability to capitalise on the national network while retaining the advantage of local ownership and identity.

Our offices are situated in Stratford, Hawera and New Plymouth and specialise in the marketing of residential, rural, lifestyle and commercial properties, as well as providing rental Property Management services.

The long established rural sales side of the business has for many years performed particularly well, traditionally achieving a market share of 50% or greater of farm sales in Taranaki each year.

About this property
Positioned in the heart of Taranaki's proven farming district, 246 Kupara Road presents an 82.7-hectare (more or less) drystock property offering genuine versatility that would suit a wide range of farming operations.

Featuring strong grazing country well suited to beef finishing, sheep and beef breeding, or progressive pastoral systems, with subdivided paddocks and reliable water supporting consistent stock performance throughout the seasons.

Infrastructure includes a woolshed and established farm buildings, providing a solid operational base for continued farming use. The property also includes a dwelling offered on an "as is, where is" basis, presenting an opportunity for buyers to renovate, replace, or reimagine the homestead to suit their own vision.

Located within easy reach of Inglewood and New Plymouth, this property offers the rare combination of scale, productivity, and long-term potential, making it an attractive option for expanding operators, investors, or those seeking a foothold in one of Taranaki's most reliable farming regions.

A genuine rural opportunity where land quality leads the value proposition.
