First National Collective Hawera

First National Collective is a real estate company evolved from and founded on it's predecessor First National Allied Farmers, who successfully serviced the Taranaki province for over 120 years.

The business was purchased in April 2013 by existing real estate agents Shawn Gibbon and Owen Mills and their wives Pam and Mary.

We have been a member of the New Zealand and Australia wide First National Group since 1999, offering a much broader base of client connections and referrals and the ability to capitalise on the national network while retaining the advantage of local ownership and identity.

Our offices are situated in Stratford, Hawera and New Plymouth and specialise in the marketing of residential, rural, lifestyle and commercial properties, as well as providing rental Property Management services.

The long established rural sales side of the business has for many years performed particularly well, traditionally achieving a market share of 50% or greater of farm sales in Taranaki each year.

About this property
Located on Standish Road in the heart of the Toko district, this well-positioned 22.7-hectare (more or less) block offers a practical and versatile holding in a proven Stratford farming location.

The land features a mix of easier-contour country, supported by the balance of medium to steeper hill country, creating a functional and efficient layout across a range of terrain. Infrastructure is well established with a tidy set of stock yards, a reliable solar-powered water system, and a quality access track that enhances movement and accessibility throughout the property, improving day-to-day farm operations.

With potential for future building sites, the property will appeal to buyers looking to enter the rural landholding market or those seeking a well-located support block for a larger dry stock operation. This is a genuine opportunity in a sought-after district.

OPEN DAYS - Tuesday 27th January at 10am and Tuesday 10th February at 10am.

Deadline Sale - Thursday 19th February at 1pm - 269 Broadway, Stratford, unless sold prior.
