First National Collective Hawera

First National Collective is a real estate company evolved from and founded on it's predecessor First National Allied Farmers, who successfully serviced the Taranaki province for over 120 years.

The business was purchased in April 2013 by existing real estate agents Shawn Gibbon and Owen Mills and their wives Pam and Mary.

We have been a member of the New Zealand and Australia wide First National Group since 1999, offering a much broader base of client connections and referrals and the ability to capitalise on the national network while retaining the advantage of local ownership and identity.

Our offices are situated in Stratford, Hawera and New Plymouth and specialise in the marketing of residential, rural, lifestyle and commercial properties, as well as providing rental Property Management services.

The long established rural sales side of the business has for many years performed particularly well, traditionally achieving a market share of 50% or greater of farm sales in Taranaki each year.

About this property
Here we have the perfect 1O12m² which is flat and fenced. With plantings already established it wont take tong to reap the fruits of the various food plants as well as the sheltering plantings to add privacy to this off grid setting.

With a very tidy single garage which is currently used as a living and cooking area by the vendor you can either use it for storage or open it back up to use as a garage. The tined near new cabin onsite is a big attraction sitting on a large concrete pad which has room for extra parking for a caravan or camper making it a perfect lock and leave property. The cabin has a ranch slider to allow plenty of natural light into it.

The vendor has kept this off grid as much as possible by way of solar lights and gas cooking, but it is connected to mains water and the town sewage line is accessible onsite. Enjoy an outdoor bath under the stars surrounded by ferns as you contemplate the joys of a simpler life.
