TCDC "$12m Cost Blowout" not mentioned before Election.
Sandra Goudie announces $12M cost blowout & 10% rates rise in Feb!!
Can someone please advise how TCDC can announce this on 10th Feb, but there is no mention of it, that I can see, in their Pre-Election Financial Report, or was that just a fake.
