A husband and wife duo have opened 'Earth Energies Sanctuary', a relaxation retreat designed to bring about balance to the body and mind.
They believe the need to retreat is greater than ever, with the Mental Health Foundation estimating that one in six New Zealanders identify as having some form of stress-related condition.
