What veges do you grow in pots and containers?
Our gardens are getting smaller, so NZ Gardener wants to come up with some suggestions for edible crops that do well in pots and small spaces! Suggest the crops that have done well for you (ideally specify a variety) and tell other keen gardeners how you grew them, how they performed for you, and any practical advice you would pass on to ensure a great result with that crop, and any secret tips you are prepared to pass on! International Volunteer Day - 5th December 2024
This International Volunteer Day on December 5th, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible people who give their time, energy, and hearts to help others. The theme this year 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 reminds us that volunteering comes in all shapes and sizes, and there’s a way for everyone to contribute.
Volunteering though isn’t just about one day, it happens every single day, in big ways and small. To everyone who steps up to lend a hand, support their community, or just make someone’s day brighter, thank you.
