🌟🌟MATTED DOGS🌟🌟

It's that time of year again.....
Though we try and encourage everyone to keep coming in during winter, some are coming into us like this (See attached). It's so so important to keep coming in through the cooler months!
This dog's matts were so tight, when I released the pressure of hair from the ends of his ears, they started to bleed. This happens when blood rushes back into the ear. This dog took me 3 hours to get this off and to finish off the groom. He was a champion though and didn't complain once.

So, if you have a dog with long fur - Give him (or Her) a treat - they will feel sooooo much better in this heat!

It has to happen and could ultimately join with the North but who knows? Should happen sooner rather than later.

It would involve hiring people to sort the contents but would avoid the windblown refuse clogging up our drains and gutters under the present bin collection system. If council were serious about pollution, they should do this instead of the second bin provided for glass.
