A Contagion I can Applaud
I drive in to Whangarei from Portland every working day and since the road improvements have started it is getting increasingly difficult to pull out of Portland Road.
The roadworks have caused traffic to bunch up causing a continuous line of traffic apart from this guy.
He slows a little causing a gap to happen in front of him, he flashes his lights at those waiting, indicating for them to pull out. The courtesy of this guy (or gal) improves my morning commute no end. This in turn causes me to do a similar thing to those waiting at Loop road, and I often see the people I let out doing the same at Toetoe Rd.
It seems this behaviour is contagious and I strongly applaud Whangarei drivers for this.
Thank you Whangarei drivers for your courtesy and patience.
