Healthful Ways in Whangarei Heads Community Gala 2016
After a successful launch last year, a group of local natural health practitioners have created an annual community event to promote health, fitness and wellbeing in Whangarei Heads. The Healthful Ways Community Gala will be held on Saturday 5 November 2016 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Parua Bay Community Center. The expo will showcase the diversity of natural health options in the area, including Cranial Sacral Therapy, Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Massage, Acupuncture, Naturopathy as well as Yoga, Pilates, Nia Dance and Fitness. Visitors to the event will be able to discuss treatment modalities with stall holders providing information. Demonstrations and free classes will be held throughout the day along with raffles for a great bunch of healthy prizes. There will also be market stalls featuring nutritious and delicious food and other natural products. This year a kids play area will be introduced, as well as speakers on a range of healthy topics...
