The Ministry for the Environment have now completed their analysis of the submissions on the proposed mandatory phase out of single-use plastic shopping bags in New Zealand, and they have today released a summary of submissions document, which we can view on their website here.

A very timid black and white cat ran away when her owners moved to Ngunguru from Onerahi last Tuesday.
Her name is Sheba and she is currently on medication for an eye infection.
