Loan scheme allows every girl her "Cinderella" moment
What a great idea. Many parents will know first hand just how expensive these events can be. Would be great to see other schools follow the same concept. What do you think?
A kind heart and willing hands has created a Cinderella type story for a group of Kamo High seniors.
Almost every young woman dreams of dressing up to attend a school ball. It's a magical moment, but sadly it's an expensive affair and not all girls get the chance to attend.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
